LINK REIT (00823.HK)'s Hong Kong retail portfolio turned negative in 9MFY2025, DBS Group Research issued a research report saying. Average monthly rent for the retail portfolio fell 0.6% QoQ to $64.1 per square foot as of December 2024. However, the risk of further decline in rental should be limited in the near term due to tenant sales decline and signs of stabilization from occupancy cost ratio.
