In 1Q25, market spot rates for Handysize and Supramax vessels averaged US$8,000 and US$7,900 net per day, down 24% and 36% YoY, respectively, according to PACIFIC BASIN (02343.HK)'s announcement. The Group's core business achieved average Handysize and Supramax daily time-charter equivalent (TCE) earnings of US$10,940 and US$12,210 per day in 1Q25, representing YoY decreases of 1% and 10% respectively.
