Victor Li, Chairman of CKH HOLDINGS (00001.HK), issued a statement clarifying that there has never been any intention to sell the property at 79 Deep Water Bay Road. He said that reports and posts on individual websites and social media regarding the sale of the property are entirely fictitious and unfounded, with no basis in fact. There are often reports about him and his family circulating online, most of which are fabricated, Li added. Some are unreasonable, illogical, and even suspected of being fraudulent.
