MINIEYE (02431.HK) announced that its cornerstone investor, Horizon Together, recently acquired 688,200 H-shares of the company in the open market. Horizon Together is wholly owned by HORIZONROBOT-W (09660.HK). MINIEYE said it has a long-term collaboration with HORIZONROBOT-W in the fields of intelligent assisted driving and L4 unmanned logistics vehicle solutions. Specifically, MINIEYE has successfully launched assisted driving domain controller products and achieved large-scale production based on HORIZONROBOT-W's Journey series hardware.
