The Hong Kong Urban Renewal Authority (URA) issued today (8th) acquisition proposals to property owners affected by the development plan on Sai Yee Street/ Flower Market Road in Mong Kok. The affected residential property owner-occupiers are eligible to receive a consideration of HKD15,377 per square foot based on the usable area for their properties.
